I pay $50 a mth. for broadband connection is there a cheaper way to get on the internet?

Is dial-up really as slow as I hear?
correction; $45. a month through my phone company.

That’s ridiculous. I wouldn;t suggest dial up as it is very slow and ties up your phone too. Presently I am locked into a 1yr. DSL with my phone company for only $14.99 a month. There are plans out there as low as $9.99 a month….but I have no restrictions on my plan. Look for a better and cheaper service. Good luck.
