I want a sega dreamcast broadband adapter. Were could I find a very cheap one? Maybe one that someone made by hand or a 3rd party one. I don’t have 200 bucks to spent on one on eBay.
Unfortunately, there are no 3rd party broadband adapters made for the Dreamcast. You have to remember that DSL was not as common during that time. Many people were still using a 56K modem.
For that reason, Sega only released a limited number of official Dreamcast broadband adapters since DSL users were the minority. It is all about supply and demand. That is why the adapter is now so expensive.
You may try to find it on craigslist. The price would certainly be cheaper the Ebay or a vintage store.
Good luck

Horaayy..there are 2 comment(s) for me so far ;)
In America or Australia, try finding a small games store that sells retro game consoles like Mega Drives or Saturns. They’ll probably get you one up for a good price.
What do you want one for anyway, fan servers are extremely difficult to find, I wouldn’t bother.
